We're looking into scaling up and collecting samples from our participants in the near future. To help us organize this collection effort, we would like to know more about our PGP participants! We have a few questions spanning a variety of topics, race, health record data, and whether you have a known genetic disease. Be aware that your answers to these questions should be considered public and will be connected to your public PGP profile.
